Comprehensive Servicer Capabilities

As a Special Servicer, OMEGA is responsible for the overall servicing of loans under a Debt Purchase Portfolio including sub-servicer oversight, portfolio and trust reporting, cash management, regulatory, legal compliance, monitoring and the management of the advancing process including the following:

  • Identifying investment opportunities in purchase of portfolio in the Retail Debt Asset space.

  • Analysis and Pricing for Investment including Due Diligence, Modeling, Structuring & related Legal Documentation.

  • Technology Platform with own collection software and portfolio management systems including Activity Flow, Recovery Strategy, Operating Procedures and MIS.

  • Servicing/Collection of Account Receivables including legal action.

  • Comprehensive services including warehouse and retrieval management.

OMEGA offers front line administration and management of non-performing loans acting on behalf of the ARC/Investors. Tasks include the collection of monthly principal, interest and escrow payments from borrowers/obligors, delinquency management, prepayment calculations as well as remitting and reporting to investors.
