Orientation and training is imparted to the new incumbents in form of in-house product training, training modules conducted by clients and on-field training by experienced collection officers.

This is over and above the mandatory Training and Certificate course stipulated by the IBA (as directed by competent authorities). OMEGA provides all support in form of granting paid leave for exams, reimbursement of educational expenses on passing of state exams to all its employees. OMEGA is in compliance with ESIC and EPF.
